Nope, sorry Pun (I still wanna say Dod), but the .950 is just slightly smaller than a 4 bore. A 2 bore has been king for centuries. Basically a rifle that has the same bore a a 2 gauge shotgun (bore=gauge). Basically a 12 gauge is a .720 caliber.

For full disclosure, the .950 is much more powerful since it is a modern cartridge and 2 bores are usually black powder, but the 2 bore is technically larger.

But i said "rifle" lol, which infers a rifled barrel lol, and if i really wanted to be specific i couldve added "shoulder fired" but that part was assumed ;-p

Heres some food for thought. I know the .50 cal bmg is the largest round for use against personnel under the geneva convention, but i wonder if you could put a sabot fitted .50 bmg onto (for example) a 20mm or 14.5mm shell? And i wonder if that would effect the rifling. I know steyr tried something similar but fired a smaller dart instead.

And obviously a purpose built weapon system would have to be built for such a cartridge.
