So shocked the msm hasnt picked up on this...not. I mean jesus christ what if a kid is bi-racial? Then which half is black enough? Just how "of color" does one have to be? Do they need family records and dna tests to tell? Is like with the native americans, if ur 1/16th then ur indian enough? Fucktards!
