It seems that LA county doesn't like it when people do not rely on them for services. This is actually happening in many states. Yes people, government is here to help the poor. Government is a force of good. This is what happens when the progressives programs in tUSA get rolling.

Just another reason why people are stupid for giving government more power and authority.
