watching threads? Empty watching threads?

Can anyone spot whether there's a setting to stop you automatically watching the threads? I don't particularly want to get an email every time someone replies to a thread, but the only way I can see at the moment s to go to your profile and manually unwatch the threads after they're created.

Try going to Profile>Preferences. There should be two switches that address subscriptions.
