Why do kurds seem less interested in jihad than shias and sunnis?

I dunno.  I wonder if its coz they themselves were persecuted relentlessly by Sadaam Hussain...and the Turks as well?

But there are kurds in syria, jordan, and other countries besides iraq

Yeah, I dunno then.  Every Kurd I've ever seen on tv or in an interview indicated they were really nice folks.
