Article is misleading. Yeah Big O is in charge, but it is the whole of government buying and stockpiling decades and decades of ammo at this moment:

I love how this article touches (but doesn't delve too deeply into it) on how government first started to outlaw lead ammo (using false science) only to turn around and start calling all non-lead ammo the dreaded "armor piercing" type. A false statement that riles up the uninformed. There is no such thing as armor piercing small arms ammo.

Really no armor piercing rounds at all.

Get up to guns measured in full cm and there are plenty made of d(U).......at least they are classified as such. The big fitty has some antimaterial rounds, but they aren't true armor piercing.
