Government sponsored media, the news, and the REAL echo chamber

That article hit me on the front of Yahoo news yesterday. I looked really really hard, but could not find the corresponding article about the Democratic party.......unless I went out of the mainstream media.

Now really people. You wanna post silly sh*t about right wing echo chambers.......and that really, really was silly sh*t BTW, yet fail to see just how main stream media is affecting your outlook. As if we are expected to believe that someone is more apt to believe/act a certain way based solely on political outlook........let's use some scientific procedures before we make those kinds of observations.

Please think before you post or we may just be forced to post up those images of Paul Ryan's look-a-like pushing the little old lady off the cliff as well as all the other lies echoed about in main stream media.......like an AR-15 was used at New Town.......persists today even after the official word that the Bushmaster was found in the car's trunk.......those pesky progressives are trying to clip one of our rights because of lies and fear created by the biggest echo chamber of them all.

While its certainly not an impartial shot, some members of the GOP do have a habit of saying some outlandish things. Anyone remember the line "not meant as a factual statement?" Or when a GOP congressman said women can't get pregnant from rape? Or when a GOP congressman ON THE HOUSE SCIENCE COMMITTEE said Big Bang and Evolution are lies from the pit of hell? When the GOP presidential candidate declared that corporations are people? The sad thing was, none of these were slip ups. All of the above stood behind their statements to varying degrees when challenged.

Compare that with what one hears out of Democratic politicians. Do some Democratic politicians lie? Unfortunately, one can't trust a politician no matter their affiliation. Do some say some blatantly stupid things? Yes, who can forget the congressman who was worried about sinking Guam? But when all is said and done, these are nowhere in scope or magnitude to much of the crap that comes out of the GOP.

So no mention of the Dem who said over 170 million workers would lose their job if sequester happens.......that was in Feb.....that is almost every worker in tUSA BTW.

Or what about the Dem who said you could shoot down a commercial jet with an AR15.......that happened in Feb.

Or what about the Dem who said it was up to the government to decide who could enjoy the second amendment privileges........that happened in Feb.

Or what about.......eh, who really cares??? If you don't see it now, you never will. Maybe that is by choice, maybe it is by chance, but it is out there if you wanna see it.

To say that one lies or says stupid stuff more than others just because of political affiliation is the same as saying the same thing yet replacing GOP with.......black........or female........or.....well you get it.

Face it, the only reason you seem to think the GOP are more guilty is because so many in the media are Dem contributors and they do not cover the lies and flubs of "their" side that often.
