Term limits

So ive been hearing murmurs from leading dems like chuck schumer, abt ending presidential term limits now that obama has been recoronated. Now something like this isnt likely to happen as long as the republicans hold the house, but its still interesting that any of them would go on record with this, and i think it betrays just how tyrannical the left can be if given the chance. Not to mention hypocritical. Can you imagine something like thatcoming up while bush was still in office? HA!

Term limits should be expanded to include not only elected officials, but appointed ones as well.

We also need to take a long, hard look at just who the lobbiests are and who they are related to in DC. This whole political class thing is getting out of hand. Look at DC and how the wealth has been stockpiled in that city over the past 8 years. There is a booming business in that town. Always will be when all sides(parties, branches, and even the civilians) are dancing this dance together.

Fair share and equal shot my ass. Just waiting for more to wake up.

Yeah, we know it's been going on for some time, but really started to accelerate during GWB's tenure and has gotten even worse with the latest.

Cheney and Halliburton came onto the scene under Regan. This has been going on for quite some time.

Ending term limits? We ought to campaign for MORE term limits on the senate and House. No more career politicians.
