Spain: Too Big to Fail and Too Big to Save
Too big to copy/paste, but good anyway. Found this when I was looking up articles on how the Spanish government is bringing in new laws to outlaw the use of cash in business transactions in excess of 2,500 euros in order to crack down on the black market and tax evaders (a fact which seems to have passed under the radar of the regular media this week).
