Actually, talking money and savings to consumers is the very best way. Right now, I can get a $25000 solar setup that will only cost me $5000 after government rebates. This total expenditure of $5000 will pay for itself within 2 years since that system will get me off of the power grid (actually I would be able to sell excess power to energy providers).
